Golden Globe is planning a 17-story residential development on the Trade Fair Supermarket site in Jackson Heights.
89-02 is currently a 1-story commercial building, 100 ft × 200 ft, occupied by Trade Fair Supermarket.
The plan is to develop into a 17-story high-rise building with 90 residential rental units and 2nd-floor parking for up to 46 cars. The building size, once completed, will total 134,000 sq ft.
Project duration: 4 years.
